Information and Public Relations Office:-
The main task of the Office of Information and public relation is to reflect
the activities of the of the Ministry of Industry to the
public and beside that developing the social relations
among the employees of the Ministry with the aim of
establishing a healthy working environment and
encouraging the competency and good performance of the
employees.
Responsibilities and Duties of the Office:-

Liaising between the Ministry and media in order to
the objectives and targets to reflect the activities
and projects of the Ministry

Mediate between the Ministry and different press and
media objectives to explain the aims and targets and
the projects and programs of the Ministry of
Industry and its specialist activities.

Preparation of publications and news bulletins and
folders about industrial sector .
-
Documentation of industrial events through video
films …etc.

Follow-up of press and media news about the Ministry
and responding to them.

Performing protocol services to the guests of the
Ministry in official events.
-
Carry out traveling arrangements for the Ministers
and the other officials of the Ministry and entry
arrangements for the Ministry guests.

Arrangement of news conferences, broadcasting and TV
programs.
-
Issuing media announcements on behalf of the
Ministry.
-
Preparing an annual registry for the activities of
the Ministry.
-
Any other tasks assigned to the Office by the
Minister or the Undersecretary.
